5 tips breaking of stress to the degree necessary

What does make you stress? Because of problem of family or your love! Like it isn’t just that, Seldom feel bored with daily activity also can make we stress. Here I will share tips to break of stress to the degree necessary but effective, think that maybe you can do are:

1.       Go to your friend house

Share your problem with your best friend, maybe your friend have solution that sometime doesn’t think about in your mind. No one know your character as good as your friend (be sides family).
Just talk about other topic with your friend also can break of stress, even exactly your friend that talk about their problem. It will make you feel that you are not alone in the world, because not only you that have a problem. So keep move on!

2.       Go to place that you like

I personally more like to go to the bookstore, just read or find inspiration. But don’t forget! After read, get it back in the shelves. Don’t bring to your home; it will make you more stress to face security, except you pay it! (Lough)

3.       If you are type of planner man

Usually type of planner man already have plan in their brain that will do tomorrow specifically. But sometime the planning make we feel like robot that settled to do like this & like that. It make our feel cannot enjoy our life.
Do different activity from your planning, for example today you have plan to go to bookstore, in the middle of way you think that It must be boring, change your planning immediately. I personally ever go to the train station without plan, just enjoy the journey go and back from Bekasi to Jakarta Kota.

4.       Read motivation book

Read motivation book also make we get spirit to face the day or read biography of prominent figure also can inspire you!

5.       Play a game

If just to take down exhausted, it isn’t a problem. So long as doesn’t make addiction!
